Silas- Week 18 and 4th of July

Big brother in his matching pajamas!

Dad helped with photos this week, too!

 And... he found his thumb!!

July 2nd- 8th: Our fourth of July plans changed this week when Bryan's sweet aunt Gail passed away. True to who she was, our last "gathering" with her brought all the family together.

The boys were incredible for the car ride...all 5 hours of it! We brought our camper, and Silas had his first camping experience. He slept the same as at home, so there are no complaints. I can even see a few more camping trips in our future.  We also spent time at the lake, swimming, riding in the boat and playing in the grass. Silas spent some time with Ryker (who is very close in age) and some of the other little boys and girls in the family.

When we returned home, it took a few days to settle back into our routine, but Silas never skipped a beat. I guess he is just destined to be a good traveler :)

Harrison really likes to play IN the crib with his brother. It was a welcome distraction while I got the boys packed up for our trip.

Chillin' in the grass with Ryker.

POP!!!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!  The boys could not sleep, so they got to partake in festivities way past bedtime. Lets be honest...that is how it should be on the 4th of July.

 BEACH FUN!!!
