We are getting to know our little man, and he has such a great personality. We are AMAZED daily by him!! We have had a busy couple of days getting settled first in the hospital, as best as you can, then getting settled at home (which we must admit took a lot more adjustment than we probably imagined that it would).
The big sister, Rosie Mae (our dog) took a few days to get adjusted. With every noise, she would get up and check on him. Night two we had to tape her collar tags and lay towels on the wood floor, so we could ignore her "rounds". This took so much out of ther that by day three at home with Harry, she didn't even lift her head for his cry. I think we are a great team, the dog included, at tackling each new challenge together.
I feel like I can't take enough pictures to document how much he is changing, and know that even the hard times will be those that we look back on with a mixture of joy and sadness-because he will never be one week old again.

Rosie Mae took her role as "big sister" so serious that she was up all night, and had to sleep all day!!
